Transcript Request

Transcripts may be ordered online (additional fees) or by submitting the transcript request form. The cost of an official transcript is $6.00 ($10 if ordered online). Faxed transcripts are unofficial and are charged $10. See the transcript request form for additional fees.

Official electronic PDF transcripts must be requested via the National Student Clearinghouse service and will be $10 per transcript plus National Student Clearinghouse fees of $2.25 service fee and a $.75 Rights Management fee. When requesting electronic transcripts, please verify with the recipient that the electronic format is acceptable.

Seminary transcripts are processed once a week (Wednesday mornings) unless one of the following problems occur: incomplete transcript, unidentifiable record, past due student account balance.

How to get your transcript

Online Request

  • Cost of transcript will be $10.00 plus $2.25 service fee and $0.75 Rights Management fee.
  • Sign electronically to speed up processing time.
  • Receive email and text updates of your transcript status.
  • Visit the National Student Clearinghouse the to start your request.
  • Select Ashland University as the institution from which to request a transcript.
  • Choose Ashland Seminary under the Enrollment Degree Information on page three.

Paper Request

  • Download the Transcript Request Form
  • After you have filled out the form, save the PDF and attach it to an email to Signature is required for release of transcript.
  • Transcripts may be picked up in person at the Seminary Registrar’s office during normal business hours.
