Lifework Leadership

We’ve found that business leaders who follow the example of Jesus are not only better people, they infuse their surroundings with values and direction that make organizations and communities much better. Lifework Leadership is preparing, training, and transitioning a generation of business leaders to transform their companies, churches, and cities.

We start with a nine-month development process that begins with a reorienting retreat and continues with eight monthly, half-day sessions hosted on the Ashland University/Seminary campus. We use local experts, respected national speakers, and intentional relationships to develop ongoing, quality business leadership that flows from the life of Jesus.
