  3. Four reference forms. These forms will be sent to the applicant to be distributed to the references you list below, after we receive your application
  4. Official transcripts of college work and any other formal academic work, including previous theological training Students cannot matriculateuntil the transcript has been received.
  5. Written statement (admissions office will notify student about required written statement.
  6. Photograph
  7. Assessments in writing and critical thinking may be required upon acceptance
