Coaching on the Leadership Multiplication Pathway

Rainer Kunz (Adjunct Faculty) and Jonathan Reitz (Owner of CoachNet) will be leading this course, which focuses on leveraging high quality coaching skills toward developing leaders & launching a culture of multiplication in your congregation or organization.

You’ll learn strategies for coaching the character of a leader, confirming a disciple’s calling, growing leadership competencies, and laying the groundwork for the DNA of continuous multiplication. You’ll also learn skills for coaching with a storyboard by using CoachNet’s Storyboard System for the Leadership Multiplication Pathway.

All coaching classes consist of two days of face-to-face workshop, web-based education unites, and 6-9 month of field work including practical coaching experience as well as ten sessions with a coach mentor.
