Leadership Roundtable. The Sandberg Leadership Center hosts a Leadership Roundtable regularly. A specific topic is addressed by nationally known presenters and discussed by leaders representing business, government, education, and the church.

Past Roundtable themes have been: Leadership & Character, Leadership & Power, and Leadership & Ethics.
Future Roundtables include: Marketplace Leadership, Regenerating Hope, Post Modern Leadership, Compassionate Capitalism, Gender Relationships in the 21st Century, The Gospel and Politics, Multicultural Leadership and Kingdom Ethics.

Leadership Assessments. Leadership is on the line today. If organizations and communities are going to move forward, leaders must grow personally. At the Sandberg Leadership Center, leaders are assessed in qualities of relational skills, personal development, and ethical leadership. Leaders need to constantly ask the question, “Am I acting like the leader I want to be?”
