Transcript Request

Transcripts may be ordered by submitting the transcript request form OR online (additional fees apply). See below for specific instructions pertaining to each type of request option.

Seminary transcripts are processed once a week (Wednesday mornings). Transcript orders may be expedited (request form only) for an additional fee.

Electronic (PDF) transcripts must be requested via the National Student Clearinghouse service. Please verify with the recipient that the electronic format is acceptable.

How to get your transcript

Online Request

  • Cost of transcript will be $10.00 plus $2.25 service fee and $0.75 Rights Management fee.
  • Sign electronically to speed up processing time.
  • Receive email and text updates of your transcript status.
  • Visit the National Student Clearinghouse the to start your request.
  • Select Ashland University as the institution from which to request a transcript.
  • Choose Ashland Seminary under the Enrollment Degree Information on page three.
  • Complete the special instructions section to indicate that you are/were a seminary student. If you attended Ashland University, you will need to make a separate request to obtain that transcript.

Paper Request

  • Download the Transcript Request Form
  • After you have filled out the form, save the PDF and attach it to an email to (Form may also be faxed or mailed.) Signature is required for release of transcript.
  • Transcripts may be picked up in person at the Seminary Registrar’s office during normal business hours.
