After growing up in Northwest Ohio where he attended a Disciples of Christ church at which his grandfather preached for almost half a century, Aaron followed several family members into a ministry calling. He graduated with a degree in early education from The Ohio State University before earning his MBA from Ashland University. Raised to understand that success depends upon hard work and following God’s leading, he finds it very rewarding in his role as a recruiter to see people along a wide variety of trajectories come together at Ashland Theological Seminary to fulfill their individual callings.
