Laura moved to Ashland in 1989, to begin life on the campus of ATS as a seminary wife. She and her husband Earl returned “home” to begin her calling at ATS in July of 2004, and considers it a privilege to do life with amazing faculty, staff, and students! They have four grown children, seven beautiful grandchildren (only one of whom is a girl), and a black lab. They spend most of their time with her parents, their children, and grandchildren. They can also be found serving at Faith UMC, where she serves as the director of worship. Though Earl would rather be on a lake fishing in the US, Laura occasionally pulls him away to plant themselves on a beach (in Cancun, preferably!), or travel outside of the country.
