Tracy had the privilege of attending Ashland Theological Seminary graduating with a master’s degree in clinical pastoral counseling in 2000.  She is a licensed professional clinical counselor with supervisory status. Her clinical work began in Columbus with WellSpring Counseling where she served as the Associate Director until 2014.  Following a transition, Tracy became the Clinical Director at CornerStone Family Services where she continues to serve.  CornerStone’s mission is to provide quality counseling and coaching to our clients from a Christian worldview.  Both WellSpring and CornerStone have been committed to training future counselors.  In her roles with these organizations, she has had the opportunity to oversee more than 150 students in their practicums and internships, partnering with several different graduate programs.

Tracy has served as an adjunct professor at ATS since 2003 in the counseling program and has led many practicum and internship small groups. Her teaching has included clinical courses related to counseling techniques, adolescence, social and cultural issues, crisis counseling and treatment planning.  She has taught small group ministry and counseling the dying and the chronically ill classes in Ashland’s M.Div. program.

Tracy enjoys a wide variety of ministry positions outside work.   In her local congregation,  she has been worship leader, a youth leader, Sunday School teacher, and Life Group leader.  One of her favorite ministries was directing summer camp for the Ohio Brethren Church.

Tracy and her husband Jeff (also an ATS graduate) have been married for 28 years.  They have two grown children, Cara and David.
