You can request a certified Ashland Theological Seminary transcript through our secure, third-party partner National Student Clearinghouse. Transcripts cost $13 and are processed once per week on Wednesday mornings. If you are requesting an electronic pdf transcript, please verify that your recipient accepts electronic transcripts. To start your request, click the “Request Transcript” button at the bottom of this page. This button will direct you to the transcript ordering center at National Student Clearinghouse. Begin by typing “Ashland University” as the school you want to request your transcript from. Select “Ashland University” when it appears in the dropdown options then click “Continue.”
Next you can read through more information about requesting your Ashland Theological Seminary transcript. When you are finished, click “Order Transcript.”
Now you will enter your personal information including name, birthday and student ID number or social security number. Click “Continue” when you are finished entering your information.
In the following screen, you will be prompted to enter your personal address. You will also have the option to receive text message updates about your transcript. Click “Continue” when you are finished entering your information.
In the next screen, select “Ashland Seminary” from the list of “Schools/Programs Attended” and fill in the beginning and ending years you attended. Click “Continue” when you are finished entering your information.
Next complete your processing details according to your preferences. This includes the date you need your transcript processed and delivery information such as if you want your transcript delivered electronically or as a hard copy and how many transcripts you need. Click “Continue” when you are finished entering your preferences.
Next, you can select your recipient. Use the dropdown list to choose who will be receiving your transcript. Click “Continue” when you are finished entering the recipient information.
In the following screen, you can sign your consent form electronically to speed up processing time. Alternatively, you can download and print a copy of the consent form to mail to National Student Clearinghouse for processing. Click “Continue” when you are finished.
To complete your transcript request, fill out your payment details including your billing address and click “Submit Order” and you’re finished! You will receive an email confirmation verifying your transcript request.
